Returns & Refunds policy

At Rinkle Trendz, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the terms mentioned below.

RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned within 2 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Missing items in the package

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with original packaging, labels, and invoice.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or incorrect product claim.

Please note that customized products, sale items, edible products, and used items are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team with your:

  • Order ID

  • Product photos/videos

  • Unboxing video

  • Reason for return

After verification, our team will provide return instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was from our side.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer/UPI.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.

Customers may be required to bear applicable shipping charges for exchanges.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with proper photos and an unboxing video for verification.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

LOGISTICS & TRANSIT DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

Rinkle Trendz is not responsible for damages caused during shipping, courier handling, or logistics transit. While we ensure proper packaging before dispatch, damages occurring during transportation are beyond our control.

Customers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel. Claims related to transit or logistics damage without valid unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
